Nbig33 Terms & Conditions — A Guide to Using Malaysia's Digital Entertainment Platform

By registering, you agree to:

• Depositing using another person's bank account or eWallet is prohibited and may result in account suspension

Nbig33 is committed to processing all valid withdrawals within the stated timeframe. Withdrawal conditions are as follows:

• The minimum withdrawal limit is RM30 per request

Closure by member: You may request account closure at any time by contacting nbig33 customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus requirements must be fulfilled and any eligible balance will be refunded within 5 business days.

Suspension or closure by nbig33: nbig33 reserves the right to suspend or close your account with or without prior notice if:

• You have breached any of the terms set out in this document
• Information provided during registration is false or misleading

• You are found to be operating multiple accounts
• You have registered as a self-exclusion or have been referred by a family member
